1. Information we collect: Name, phone number, email, delivery address, M-Pesa transaction ID, and GPS location during dispatch.
2. How we use it: To process bookings, dispatch vehicles, process payments, and improve our service coverage and response times.
3. Data sharing: We do not sell your data. We share necessary details (name, address) only with the assigned driver and NEMA where required by law.
4. Data retention: Booking records are kept for 7 years for NEMA compliance. Marketing preferences can be opted out anytime.
5. Security: All payment data is handled by Safaricom's M-Pesa API. We never store your M-Pesa PIN.
6. Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@nematic.co.ke.

1. Service agreement: By booking a vehicle, you agree to receive water supply or sewerage exhaustion services from Nematic Water & Sewerage Services Ltd.
2. Pricing & payment: Prices shown are estimates; final pricing is confirmed at booking. Payment via M-Pesa Paybill 542 542 is due before or upon delivery.
3. Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before scheduled dispatch. After dispatch, a 50% fee applies.
4. Liability: Nematic is insured for water contamination and waste spillage. We are not liable for pre-existing plumbing or tank damage.
5. Access: Customer must provide safe, accessible vehicle parking and clear access to the tank or septic.
6. Force majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, county restrictions, or force majeure events.
